 We get it, things don't always work out! Let us make your return as hassle free as possible. Please review the return policy and if you have any questions e-mail us at:

*Returns using our pre-paid labels are free when you choose store credit!  You have 30 days to return for store credit.  We will issue you store credit via e-mail as soon as we process your return.  Store credit never expires!  With 5-8 new items going on daily there are lots of items to choose from!  We keep a record of your store credit so if you ever forget your code just send us an e-mail. 

If you are returning for a refund you can also use our labels. Just note that a $7 shipping fee will be deducted.  You can also send the items back yourself (more info below).

**Please note: Recently two of our credit card processors informed us that they will no longer refund merchant fees. That amounts to 3% - 7% of the purchase price on each item which is difficult to absorb.   This is why we are offering more incentives to choose store credit, however we understand that you may prefer a refund in some cases.

*To get a pre-paid label e-mailed to you, just send us a quick email with your name and how many items you are returning to 

*To print a pre-paid label yourself just find the returns section at the top of our website and enter your order number and zip code to find your order
*You can also mail the item(s) yourself and we will add $5 extra to your store credit. No extra credit will be added on refunds. You can mail returns back to : Blue Chic Boutique W4799 Pembridge Trl Monroe, WI 53566

*If you'd like an exchange just write what you'd like to exchange your items for on your order form.  If we are unable to do the exchange we will issue store credit.

•All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached (note: not all items have tags and will still be accepted) 

•No returns on clearance items!

•All items are inspected upon return, those with makeup, dirt, or other damage will not be accepted.  *Please contact us via e-mail to let us know if an item is defective and we will let you know how to proceed.
*Shipping fees are non-refundable
*Once the return is received it typically takes us 3-7 days to get it processed. We have a small staff, so please be patient with processing times. We try our best to get returns done in a timely manner!
