Return

I purchased an item and wanted to return it. I emailed blue chick and they sent me a label. I emailed them back to confirm they got my return and if I was going to get a refund, they did email back and said that they would issue a refund 5 to 7 days later I have still not received my refund and they have not emailed me back and I’ve emailed two times so far.
